Free 90-day returns

We stand behind every Lumé device. If you're not in love with your results within 90 days of delivery, return it for free for a full refund. No questions asked.

How to start a return

• Email getlume.support@gmail.com with your order number.
• We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
• Pack the device in its original box with all accessories.

Refund timing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exclusions

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of delivery. Items damaged due to misuse may be subject to a restocking fee.
