Free worldwide shipping
Every Lumé order ships free, worldwide. We process orders within 1 to 2 business days of purchase.
Delivery times
All orders are delivered within 8 to 14 business days, worldwide.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your package hasn't moved in 5 or more days, contact us and we'll investigate right away.
Customs & duties
For most countries we cover customs and duties upfront. If your local carrier requests payment, save the receipt and email us. We'll reimburse you.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or never shows up, email getlume.support@gmail.com within 30 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
